Can I have more than one RSVP form?
Yes — you can have multiple RSVP forms if you need them. However, most weddings only need one.
Your main RSVP form can already:
- Collect attendance for multiple events
- Ask different questions to different guest groups
- Show private events only to invited guests
- Use conditional questions (ask certain questions based on previous answers)
For most couples, this single form is all you’ll need.
If you wish, you can create additional RSVP forms. Each form can be opened and closed independently.
When would I need more than one RSVP form?
You might want to add another RSVP form if you need a separate closing date or a completely independent response window.
For example, you could send a Save-the-Date RSVP to collect early attendance interest or travel information before your full wedding RSVP opens later.
This allows you to gather early planning details without affecting the timeline of your main RSVP.
Will guests see multiple forms?
Only if they are invited to more than one.
If a guest is invited to a single RSVP form, they’ll simply respond as normal — nothing changes for them.
Can I manage everything in one form?
Yes — and in most cases, that’s recommended.
Multiple forms are only needed when you want to separate response timing. Otherwise, one RSVP form keeps things simple for you and your guests.
