How does the Wedding Emblem process work?

Wedding Emblems are bespoke graphics designed by our in‑house designer to personalise your wedding experience. You pick a style you love from the catalogue, we collect your details, and we create a customised version just for you.

Choosing your emblem

  1. Browse the Wedding Emblems gallery and open a design you like
  2. Review the preview and read what each format includes
  3. Click Buy and enter your details (e.g. initials, names, date, city)

Following the purchase

  • We create your bespoke emblem using the details you provided
  • You’ll see the order appear in the Purchased tab immediately
  • Status starts as “In progress” and switches to “Ready” when uploaded

Designer turnaround

Our typical turnaround is ~2 business days. You’ll receive an email when your emblem is ready.

Revisions

You can request one included revision if you’d like a small adjustment to your emblem. Please email team@heyweddingday.com with your emblem ID and a short description of the updates you’d like. Only minor changes are included, such as spelling corrections or small tweaks.
